Modified Food Service Delivery
Monday to Friday:
- Breakfast 8:00am to 10:00am
- Closed 10:00am to 11:00am
- Lunch 11:00am to 3:00pm
- Closed 3:00pm to 4:30pm
- Dinner 4:30pm to 7:00pm
Monday to Thursday:
- 4:30pm to 9:00pm
- Dining area will change to accommodate social distancing via removing chairs and some tables.
- All stations will be served
- Salt, pepper, and napkins will be removed from tables.
- Door will have enter and exit signs.
- China will be used in dining hall- plastic ware for utensils.
- On-the-Go options enhanced to encourage guests to take their meals to go.
- Allow guests to take food to go from the server.
- Implement premade hot sandwiches for lunch and dinner at kiosk (i.e. chicken parm sandwich ham and cheese melt on a bagel)
- Allow students to pick up lunch and take dinner.
- Allow limited amount of guests in dining hall at one time.
- Beverage stations will be strictly cleaned every 30 minutes.
- All heavily contacted areas to be cleaned every 30 minutes.
- Rosemont to put Plexi glass at cashier stands.
- Cashier will take ID numbers and put into register for contactless input.
- Credit card machines and allow students to swipe themselves with a cashier present to allow contactless service.
- Students will need to stand 1 foot back from counter.
- Switch from silverware to smartstock touchless dispensers.
- Hand sanitizer stations installed at drink area, cashier stand, milk area, and Raven’s Nest.
- Hotline will be served by a team member.
- Grill area will remain the same made to order omelets and eggs.
- Grill area will also be the bagel and toast station made by a team member. Guest will be handed single serve packages of cream cheese, butter, jelly, or peanut butter.
- Deli location will have fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, and hard-boiled eggs.
- Danish, muffins, and other pastries will be prewrapped and placed at dessert station.
- Increase quantity of premade breakfast sandwiches at kiosk.
- Deli station will have a similar look to old deli station but will be served by team member. Team member will place all items on plate and guest will assemble sandwich themselves.
- Salad bar will have similar look, but will be made and served by team member.
- Grill orders will be served.
- Bravo Station will serve orders.
- Parkside will remain the same one entrée two fresh vegetable, and a starch. Will be served by a team member.
- Pizza will be served by chef.
- Microwaveable meals, wraps, sandwiches, and salads will be at kiosk for meal replacements.
- Deli station will have a similar look to old deli station but will be served by team member. Team member will place all items on a plate and guest will assemble sandwich themselves.
- Salad bar will have similar look, but will be made and served by team member.
- Grill orders will be served.
- Pizza will be served.
- Microwaveable meals available for meal exchange.
- All grab and go in the Raven’s Nest.
- Meal exchange 4:30 pm to 8:00 pm.
- Signage to be placed around retail informing guests of social distancing practices
- Door will have enter and exit signs.
- Signs will be placed on floor for physical distancing.
- Students will need to stand 1 foot back from counter.
- All meals served on disposable ware.
- On-the-go options enhanced to encourage guests to pick up food and go.
- Microwaveable meals available.
- Switch to smartstock dispensers (touchless).
- Plexi glass at cashier stand.
- Plexi glass to be added around food service area.
