Our Rosemont College dining program offers you truly fresh, made-from-scratch food and constantly changing menus that focus on seasonal flavors, current culinary trends, and wholesome meal options. Our dining program is centered around customization, featuring many build-your-own meal concepts and an expertly trained Chef to tailor the dining experience to the diverse needs of the campus audience.

Allergies and Dietary Needs
We want our guests to feel confident that their special dietary needs are supported. We offer a variety of food options for special diets, including guests with food allergies. We will make every effort to provide helpful information, assistance, and customized meal options to ensure everyone has a seat at our table. Dining Locations
Our main dining in the new Community Center location features all-you-care-to-eat service. Chef’s features change daily to ensure that there’s always something new for you to try, complemented by fan favorites that are always available to suit your current craving.
Every day, find freshly grilled burgers, hand-chopped greens and veggies on our salad bar, pizza on house-made dough, a variety of soup made from scratch, and so much more.
Need to take something to go? There are a variety of fresh grab-and-go sandwiches, salads, sides, and beverages ready to carry out at a moment’s notice!

Hours: 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- Breakfast 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
- Lunch 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Light lunch 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Dinner 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. (7 p.m. Fridays)
Raven’s Nest
Our campus retail café features made-to-order grill specialties like burgers, chicken tenders, cheesesteaks, and hand-cut fries. Raven’s Nest is the campus late-night hangout, and the perfect place to enjoy a milkshake with friends.

Meal Plans
Our meal plans were designed to ensure students are fueled both physically and mentally for success inside and outside of the classroom. Students living on campus are required to be on a meal plan each semester and will make their selection when signing up for housing.
All meal plans are valid for a full semester. Commuter students are also encouraged to purchase a meal plan so they can enjoy the value, convenience and variety of our campus dining options!

Q: What meal plans are available to me?
A: Check out our meal plan options here.
Q: What payment methods are accepted at the dining facilities?
A: Cardinal Hall and Raven’s Nest accepts cash, meal swipes, P dollars, ravens Bucks, and Flex dollars.
Q: What if I run out of Flex before the semester ends? Will my meal plan and flex rollover to the next semester?
A: Flex is a part of the meal plan options, so once it runs out you can load Raven’s Buck to your account. Raven’s Bucks will rollover.
Q: Will there be something for me if I am a picky eater?
A: Our chefs are trained to be able to customize a dish upon request. They will be able to work with you to create a delicious dish unique to your taste or needs.
Q: Can I choose my meal plan?
A: Yes, you may choose the meal plan that best suits your lifestyle, however, if you don’t choose a meal plan you will be automatically placed in the 14 Meal Plan.
Q: Is there a plan for commuters?
A: Yes, commuters have the option to pick the Commuter Meal Plan. This meal plan provides ravens Bucks that can be used in either the Dining Hall or the Ravens Nest. Simply put a minimum of $50 on your card and you will receive a 10% bonus to use whenever you wish. You can also add additional dollars to your card at any time.
Q: Are there options for those with dietary restrictions or food allergies?
A: Whether you’ve made a lifestyle choice or have specific dietary needs, it shouldn’t stop you from enjoying our food. We offer a variety of food options for special diets, including guests with food allergies.
Our allergy program provides accurate labeling of food products, prepared by a culinary team that is knowledgeable about food allergies and sensitivities.

Culinary Gold Standards - Our methods of Pure Craftsmanship:
- All of our chicken and fish are hand-breaded by our chefs.
- We always serve fresh, cage-free shell eggs.
- Our pizza dough is freshly made from scratch.
- Our soups and sauces are made from scratch, using real and fresh ingredients to make stock.
- All entrée meats are roasted right in our kitchens.
- We only use USDA inspected, all-natural, fresh – never frozen – ground beef.
- We follow Monterey Bay Seafood Guidelines for sustainable seafood.
- We only use rBST-free fluid milk from small regional dairies that support local family farms.
- We only use real cheese.
- We use real, fresh from the farm, potatoes.
- We only use trans fat-free cooking oils.
