CARES Act
Rosemont College is required to provide regular reporting on the use of funds authorized by the CARES Act. Funds received by Rosemont College under the CARES Act were authorized by Congress and signed into law by the President on March 27, 2020. The information found on this page is intended to not only meet the reporting requirements of the CARES Act but also provide information to the College community regarding Rosemont’s use of the student grant portion of the Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund (HEERF).

Vaccination Policy
All incoming students are required to submit:- COVID-19 vaccination policy
- The Physician’s Medical Report, all immunizations cited on the form must be completed and the form must be signed by a physician.
- Varicella (chicken pox) requirement is essential, the student must provide doctor documentation of the illness or TWO doses of the varicella vaccine.
- Meningococcal Vaccine is a mandatory vaccine requirement in Pennsylvania. Students may sign a waiver if they do not wish the vaccination but we strongly urge students to protect themselves against this rare but life threatening disease.

Alternative Education and Service Format: When necessary to protect the health and safety of students, faculty and staff, as
determined by Rosemont College in its sole discretion, the College reserves the right
to alter (a) the academic schedule, location and modality of instructional and learning
activities, and academic terms and requirements (including content and grading) of
undergraduate and graduate programs and instruction; and (b) the schedule, location,
availability and format of services, activities, and experiences offered to students.
Students shall not be entitled to refunds or offsets of tuition, fees, or other costs
of attendance where the College exercises such discretion, except to the extent permitted
by the College’s refund policies.
