Q: Can I get married or hold a wedding at Rosemont?
A: As of March of 2013, the Archdiocese of Philadelphia has granted permission for the Celebration of Catholic Weddings in Catholic Chapels, Oratories, and Non-Parish Churches in accordance with specific guidelines.
Therefore, Rosemont may hold Catholic weddings in the Immaculate Conception Chapel. Unfortunately, this new edict precludes a wedding ceremony of any other denomination or civil ceremony being held on our campus.
Q: Are catering services available for events?
A: Yes, Parkhurst Dining Service provides elegant service for all events.
Q: Is parking available for my group?
A: We have several parking areas for your convenience with handicap availability.
Q: Can we serve alcohol at our event?
A: Yes, alcohol is permitted on campus but it must be served by a Parkhurst, certified bartender.
Q: Is your campus accessible by public transportation?
A: Rosemont’s campus is a five minute walk from the Rosemont train station and ten minutes from the Philadelphia and Western trolley.
Q: Are your spaces air conditioned?
A: In the majority of buildings, air conditioning is available. Some dormitory rooms are not equipped.
Q: If renting a residence hall, do I have to bring linens or are they provided?
A: Linens can be provided at an additional cost to you.
