Study Abroad
Please note: Rosemont College has suspended its Study Abroad program, however we are hopeful to reinstitute it in the Fall of 2022. We look forward to our students once again learning and growing by traveling abroad.
Step One: Immerse yourself in a new culture, language, and history as you earn credit toward your degree.
Step Two: Leave with a different perspective on the world and memories to last a lifetime.
Rosemont College’s Study Abroad programs offer students a unique opportunity to live and study in another country on virtually every continent across the globe.
Not only will you continue your studies in a new place, you will discover your personal potential and develop new ideas about the world as you experience a new and exciting culture and geography first-hand.

Testimonials
Ireland - Brandon Jones '19
"The study abroad opportunity has had a major impact on me as an individual. Studying abroad has expanded my perception of the world around me. It has made me appreciate the smaller things in life. I have learned to take the time to smell the roses and to not race through life. My time in Ireland has allowed me to take a step back and see that there is so much more to this world than what I see on a regular basis.
For this, I would like to say thank you to Rosemont and its School of Graduate and Professional Studies for this opportunity. To those who are considering if they should study abroad; do it. The experience that I gained from taking this opportunity will stay with me for a life time, and I am still seeing the benefits of studying abroad to this day."
Salamanca, Spain Trip - Imran Chaudhry '18
"I learned more Spanish in the first few hours of being there than any class could have ever taught. It was the same for simply being in Salamanca. Everything was different; the air, the sights, the sounds, the world beneath your feet.
What I'm saying is that I learned more about the world, myself and those around me more than any class or book, because you're there. That same land where Cervantes wrote Don Quixote, the land from where Columbus set sail to America, that same land in which Dali painted the limits of the visual experience. I highly recommend that anyone willing or yearning, travel to Salamanca because it's an experience the likes of which you will never forget."
Salamanca, Spain - Varsha Yerram '15
"I had the best month of my life in Salamanca and am so grateful for having experienced this trip. Travel and Education made studying abroad so much easier because everything was organized and I was not only able to learn Spanish at the University, but was also able to travel to amazing places. No time was wasted and I got more than I expected out of this trip.
It was also a unique experience because I traveled to Spain without a group or any friends. I met such fantastic people within just a few days and now we are really good friends. More people should know that you don't have to travel with a group of friends to study abroad. It's completely fine to go by yourself and it's almost guaranteed that you will make great friends and have such an unforgettable experience."
