Rosemont College cannot provide information about a student’s academic records, including performance in a class, grades, or registrations to a third party without written consent by the student.  Information will only be provided after the identity of the third party is verified. Students can revoke FERPA consent at any time.

If you're interested in financial aid from Rosemont College, enter our school code (003360). If you need more assistance, take a look at seven easy steps to the FAFSA.

Complete the FAFSA online at www.fafsa.gov. The data entered on the FAFSA is used to calculate an Expected Family Contribution (EFC). The EFC is used by the Financial Aid office to determine eligibility for federal, state, and institutional aid.

New student move-in is a part of our SOAR (Student Orientation at Rosemont) weekend. This year, it will be held on Welcome Day (August 26th, 2021). More information will be released in July regarding housing placements and move-in schedules. All first-year students are placed in Kaul Hall.

In the meantime, students can apply for housing here.

The Office of Student Accounts team is responsible for the day-to-day operation of student account receivables. We also maintain an online payment system called CashNet, accessible through iWay for your convenience.

Rosemont College has both an online bookstore and on campus store. To check out the online bookstore, please visit our website!

Our on-campus store can be found on the first floor of the Hirsh Community Center between the Ravens Nest and Cardinal Dining Hall.

All matriculated Rosemont students are assigned a private mailbox located in the lower level of the Hirsh Community Center by the mailroom.

In order to receive the key to their mailbox, students must stop by the mailroom and present their Rosemont ID at the beginning of each academic year. Regular mail can also be addressed to commuter and resident students, at the College address to be put in their boxes.

New students must obtain either a combination or key for their mailboxes in August or January from the staff of the mailroom. There is no charge for use of the mailbox; however, a charge of $10 will be made to replace lost, damaged or unreturned keys, payable when the new key is issued.

Stamps for letters and parcels may be purchased in the College Bookstore.

As a part of Rosemont tradition, each October the offices of Student Life and Alumni relations host Oktoberfest/Family Day. Enjoy an afternoon of athletic events, a festive carnival, and much more!
