Thomas Wines is an award-winning law enforcement professional with over ten year’s experience working in probation, parole and corrections. Thomas is currently a Pennsylvania State Parole Agent assigned to the Philadelphia District Mental Health Unit.
As a Parole Agent he has focused on the Victim's role in the parole process and works with special needs offenders within the criminal justice system. In 2015 he received the inaugural "Excellence in Victim Services Award" from the Pennsylvania Office of Victim Advocate.
